Window Cleaning Services for Central Government Departments, Offices and non- commercial Agencies and Organisations which have a formal reporting and legal relationship to Central Government Departments, including but not limited to An Garda Síochána, The Irish Prison Service, The Office of Public Works and the Defence Forces, All Regional and Local Government bodies including but not limited to Regional Assemblies, City and County Councils, County Enterprise Boards and library bodies, Contracting authorities in the Irish Health Sector including but not limited to the Health Service Executive (HSE), the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) and bodies including hospitals delivering (HSE funded agencies) health and personal services funded by more than 50% from HSE and / or Central Government Exchequer funds; and Primary, Post Primary, Special and Secondary Schools, Vocational and Third Level Educational Establishments including but not limited to Education Training Boards (ETB’s), Institutes of Technology, Colleges of Education and Universities The Office of Government Procurement intends to invite submissions from companies / organisations with expertise and capability relating to the delivery and provision of Window Cleaning Services. This would involve the establishment of a competitive multi-supplier national Framework. The Competition is divided into Twelve (12) Lots as set out below ("Framework Agreement Lot") and also one Mini- Competition submission MCDSP1 Initial Services Contract for the Department of Social Protection
