The University was seeking to establish a contract for delivery sub–contractor(s) to provide a professional Sparkpreneur Programme, partly funded by European Funding Body(ies), encompassing effective enterprise support services. The target beneficiary group are science, technology and biomedical professionals who have a potential innovative idea requiring commercialisation.
