Tender description

The Department of Public Expenditure and Reform's requirement for delivery of training for Line Managers across the Civil Service exists within context of; — The development of a new Under-performance Policy which outlines the procedures for managing under-performance across the civil service; and — The revision of the Civil Service Disciplinary Code; — Requirement to train approximately 11 000 line managers across the civil service by means of a 2-day training course. Provision of the training services will be divided into three (3) lots. Each lot will result in the award of a separate contract (each a ‘Framework Contract’). Lot 1: Office of the Revenue Commissioners, Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, Department of Health, Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport, the Houses of the Oireachtas, Department of the Taoiseach, the State Laboratory, Department of Finance, the Valuation Office, Health and Safety Authority (HSA), the President's Establishment. Lot 2: Department of Social Protection, Department of Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, Department of Education and Skills, Central Statistics Office, Department of Children and Youth Affairs, the State Examinations Commission, the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General, the Office of the Ombudsman, the Chief State Solicitor's Office, the Legal Aid Board, the NCSE (National Council for Special Education), the National Gallery of Ireland, the Office of the Attorney General, the Law Reform Commission. Lot 3: Department of Justice and Equality, Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Office of Public Works, Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government, An Garda Síochána, Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Department of Defence, the Property Registration Authority of Ireland (PRAI), the Public Appointments Service (PAS), the Irish Prison Service, Ordinance Survey Ireland (OSI), Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission (GSOC), Department of Communications, Climate Action and the Environment.
