You are invited to submit a PQQ for the above opportunity for which you have expressed an interest. Your responses to this PQQ will be evaluated against pre-determined scoring criteria set down in the documentation. Tenderers successful at PQQ stage may then be invited to participate further in the procurement process via an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN). Please complete the attached documents:- — Form of PQQ (Annex 3) — Commercial Workbook (Excel tab ‘Commercial’) — Technical Workbook (Word document) — Conflict of Interest Declaration (Annex 4) In addition, to complete your submission, you are required to submit the following supporting information: — — Lot/Sub-lot identification letter (to follow) — Other relevant documents to be provided as part of your PQQ response All documentation must be submitted via the TFL e-Tendering portal by no later than the deadline of 12:00 (noon) on 6.8.2015. Late responses will not be accepted.
