Sustainable Transport Enhancements Package (STEP) Baseline, Annual and end of programme monitoring

Please note: this is a call off from Merseytravel Consultancy Framework and the opportunity is only available to suppliers that were registered on the framework through the evaluation process that took place in 2015. Long term monitoring of STEP is required to evaluate the impact of the schemes and to enable reporting to the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) throughout and at the end of the programme. A baseline study of year 1 of the programme was completed November 2015. Repeat and baseline monitoring for the remaining programme is required and we require external support to deliver this. We would like you to provide a quote to: • Collect baseline and follow up data for the remaining programme 2016-2021 and a final year wrap up evaluation in 2022. • Produce an annual report in an agreed format including yearly baseline data, the findings from the follow up data and benefits realisation summary table. • Supply cleansed data from the above and additional analysed data
