Reactive and Void Maintenance services for both Oaktree and Cloch Housing Associations in Greenock, Scotland, United Kingdom The Associations have a total combined mixed tenure stock of approximately 3100 properties (including supported accommodation) in a variety of post war construction types In addition the Associations factor a further 1 300 properties. Initial open procedure using ESPD to obtain selected tender list for 2nd stage tender process which will be awarded on a 60/40 Quality/Price basis as detailed elsewhere in this notice.
