Tender description

The Contracting Authority wishes to enter into a long term concession agreement with a suitably qualified operator(s) to manage, operate and maintain its leisure and cultural facilities and promote and deliver an extensive range of sports, leisure, cultural and heritage services and events across Stafford Borough. The Authority seeks an experienced and innovative partner(s) who can protect and enhance Stafford's leisure and cultural offer, increase footfall and income generation, and reduce operating costs across the facilities. Scope of Services: The contract will include Stafford Leisure Centre, Westbridge Park Leisure Centre, Alleynes Leisure Centre, the new Stone Leisure Centre, Stafford Gatehouse Theatre and Visitor Information Centre, The Ancient High House, Stafford Castle, Izaak Walton Cottage, Sports Development Services, Marketing and Events and Rowley Park Sports Stadium.
