Tender description
London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (LBRuT) has an existing card called the Richmond Card which provides access to parking facilities. The current parking card uses a contact-only platform. There are approximately 30,000 parking cards in circulation. The borough has a separate card for library services. There are approximately 42,000 library cards in circulation. LBRuT libraries are part of the South East Library Management System (SELMS) consortium, and the cards carry a barcode for compatibility at other SELMS sites. The borough has a further separate card for leisure services. Approximately 12,000 leisure cards were issued in the previous 12 months.
