To design, manufacture, deliver, install and commission a circa 102 x 63 x 20m stabilised, translucent, triple skinned energy efficient air dome covering to an existing 3G surface complete with associated plant, anchor system, lighting and heating and internal running track of a suitable size to be determined. Project completion must be March 2017. Location. Cardiff International Sports Campus, Leckwith, Cardiff.
