Tender description

The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime is seeking to establish a framework agreement (the Framework) for the provision of services relating to end-to-end digital solutions that solve business problems. Access to the Framework will also be offered on a national basis to all Police Forces, the Mayor's Office and the Greater London Authority and its functional bodies. MOPAC wishes also to announce that it will engage with the market at the pre-procurement stage to understand among other the services and solutions available. The Solution Provider Framework will establish a panel of providers from whom the Authority will procure end-to-end digital solutions to business problems, through mini-competitions. The Framework will include providers capable of delivering complex, multi-phased, technologically advanced solutions. Providers will be expected to bring functional expertise, which can be drawn upon flexibly to deliver part or whole of a project. This is designed to enhance the current Solution Delivery supply chain and fill the gap between small, fast G-Cloud procurements and the lengthier, more complex requirements subject to OJEU procurement by providing a rapid route-to-market whilst still maintaining ongoing competitiveness. The services MOPAC is seeking to include in the Framework fall under the following general categories: Project Management, Solution Proposals, Detailed Solution Design, Build / Development, Business and Technical Analysis, Environment Management and 3rd Line Support.
