AMSA SpA indice per conto di A2A Ambiente SpA la Procedura Aperta n° 8/2016 (CIG: 6702529DE4), con modalità interamente telematica, ai sensi del D.Lgs. n. 50/2016, per la realizzazione della fase 1 (si veda Capitolato Tecnico) del sistema di Customer Relationship Management (di seguito denominata «CRM») SalesForce.com (o equivalente) integrata con la nuova piattaforma di Computer Telephony Integration (di seguito denominata «CTI») ed inserita all'interno della mappa applicativa AS-IS, inclusivo dei costi di licenza e delle attività di system integration utili alla messa in opera, nonché del periodo di Application Maintenance della durata di 24 mesi che prenderà il via al termine della fase di post go-live prevista al termine della fase implementativa.
