GBC PR -Various Council Owned Buildings - Lift Maintenance and Repair Contract

Tender description

Guildford Borough Council is owner/occupier of many buildings of various use and size within the borough of Guildford and is seeking to appoint a suitable contractor for the Lift Maintenance and Repair. The contract is going to be a three year contract in which the buildings in the schedule be tested as required by BS 5655. Following testing and inspection, the Contractor to provide the Contract Administrator (CA) with a report of services carried out and detailing any defect works carried out. The contract to include all repairs up to and including £300.00 either during any service visit or any call-out (either during normal or out of hours) unless the repair is due to misuse and abuse.
