Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) are looking to establish a new framework for flooring works within domestic and commercial properties. Due to the potential wide range of projects eligible to use the framework and differing requirements of our members, the Framework will be split into the following Lots: — Lot 1 Supply and fitting of Carpets and Laminate Flooring; — Lot 2 Supply and fitting of Vinyl Sheet and Wet Room Flooring; The extent of the works required will range from individual domestic properties to New Build developments and large scale commercial refurbishments. The tender will also be split geographically to ensure coverage across our membership a full description of the Lotting strategy will be available in the contract notice and tender documents. EEM are looking for suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake a range of carpeting works on behalf of our members. The works to be completed include: — Survey and Measure Service. — Carpet/Laminate Flooring Supply. — Fitting of chosen flooring. — Any associated works. Works may be undertaken in domestic tenanted properties, domestic new build, commercial properties or any other building owned or maintained by the Contracting Authority. A full list of organisation who may call off from the framework are available at www.efficiency-em.co.uk Contractors are able to tender for any number of lots. However please consider the resources you have available and the core strength of your business and only apply for Lots that you are able to provide the required service levels. Please note that the total potential value stated in II.2.6) is for the full 4 year framework and takes into consideration that EEM membership may grow over the life of the framework.
