Tender description
The purpose of this tender is to appoint an External Delivery Organisation (‘Contractor’) to manage and deliver the Energy Efficiency Loan Fund (‘Loan Fund’) in Northern Ireland over the period 1.10.2016 to 30.9.2018 with the option of extension for an aggregate period of up to 84-months. Invest NI now wishes to appoint a Contractor to manage and administer the Loan Fund in Northern Ireland for a minimum contract period of 2 years, with the option of extension for an aggregate period of up to 84-months. The Fund currently provides loans from 3 000 GBP up to 400 000 GBP for equipment/technology that provides carbon savings.
