Provision of a range professional services including HR, Payroll, Legal, Accountancy and Auditing. Range of Human Resource Management Services including but not limited to: Providing dedicated teams of solicitors and advisers with a focus on the core issues of employment, education and Health and Safety / Allowing the option of a combined annual package delivering this service / Providing access to further areas of expertise whenever this is required at any time including litigation (schools specific and other litigation), property issues, trust and charity issues / Ensuring that the dedicated teams include substantial experience / Providing clients with direct telephone and email access to every member of the dedicated team. This Framework Agreement is open for use by the following users throughout UK: — Local Authority Councils, — Educational Establishments (including Academies), — Central Government Departments and Agencies and Local Government Departments and Agencies — Registered Charities, — Registered Social Landlords. Range of legal advisory services on all areas of law including those commonly required by educational establishments including but not limited to: Education law / Company and charity law / Commercial advice / Academisation, Data Protection Act and Freedom of Information requests / Litigation / Construction and capital projects / Property / Licensing — / Special projects –including tribunal claims, disciplinary and grievance procedures, drafting pay policies. This Framework Agreement is open for use by the following users throughout UK: — Local Authority Councils, — Educational Establishments (including Academies), — Central Government Departments and Agencies and Local Government Departments and Agencies — Registered Charities, — Registered Social Landlords. Payroll Management Services including but not limited to: Processing of payroll in accordance with HMRC / Depositing of Withheld Amounts with Tax Authorities / Printing of Employee Pay Slips / Retirement and Savings Plans / BACS payments / Advice on Health Benefits / Calculation of Payroll Taxes to be Paid by the Employer / General Ledger Data / Processing of pension payments / Filing of RTI / Retirement and savings plans /security sealed payslips / Auto Enrolment Provision and compliance / Process other payroll deductions / Pay reports and audit documentation / Produce and distribute the necessary documents required e.g. P45, P60, P11D etc. This Framework Agreement is open for use by the following users throughout UK: — Local Authority Councils, — Educational Establishments (including Academies), — Central Government Departments and Agencies and Local Government Departments and Agencies — Registered Charities, — Registered Social Landlords, Range of Accounting and Auditing Service including but not limited to: Statutory & Regulatory Audit / Audit of Annual Accounts Return / Teachers' Pension end of year Certificate Audit / Preparation of Statutory Accounts / Preparation of tax returns, etc. / Compliance with Charities SORP / Assistance with: the year-end process / Annual Accounts Returns, Budget forecasts, consolidated budget returns / review of Best value statement / company secretarial compliance / reporting packs for governors / governance and risk management / Gift aid / Tax / VAT / assisting with the Responsible officer's role / provision of internal controls assurance work / internal audit This Framework Agreement is open for use by the following users throughout UK: — Local Authority Councils, — Educational Establishments (including Academies), — Central Government Departments and Agencies and Local Government Departments and Agencies — Registered Charities, — Registered Social Landlords,
