System Maintenance, Support and IT Development Services for the Retrofit Information Systems

The objective of this RFT was to identify a suitably resourced multi-disciplined IT service provider to provide System Maintenance, Support and Software Development (hereafter referred to as ‘the Services’) for Retrofit Information system. Numbers of tenders received: 1 Name and address of company awarded the contract: Version 1 of Jervis House, Jervis Street, Dublin 1 and with company registration number 257302 Date of contract award: 01/06/2016 and will terminate on 30/05/2017 with an option to extend the term for periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of two such extensions depending on budget availability and performance. Value of contract: Estimated total value is €1,920,864 Award criteria and weightings: The contract was awarded from the qualifying tenders on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender using the following award: 1 Quality of the organisation capability, controls, innovation, level of service, and Governance demonstrated within the response (Max. score= 10 Min= 5) 2 Quality of approach to delivery of requirements, including on-board and demonstrated understanding of the requirements.
