Tender description

This is a Mini-Competition being run under the SCC Surface Dressing Framework. The programme is to be priced as per the separate Programme schedule. This will be evaluated on 100% and quality scores from the initial tender will no longer count towards this mini competition. The Council is likely to appoint 1 contractor to deliver the Surface Dressing Programme 2017/18 however this is dependent on confirmed budgets for 2017/18 The programme would start 01st April 2017, however there will be Early contractor involvement prior to this date to walk through the programme
