Tender description

Tender for the Supply and Fit of Steel Security Fencing SCC 316. This is a reactive contract for the supply and fit of Steel Security Fencing within Sandwell as the attached specification. All jobs are to be completed within 4 weeks (from the date of the works order being issued to completion of the job). Value The total estimated expenditure (excluding VAT) is 276 000 GBP. This value is based on historical spend data and is intended to be used as a guide only and is not a guarantee of the level of business that will be generated from the contract. The tendered prices will remain fixed for the 24 months of the contract. Contract Period The duration of this contract will be from 1.2.2017 to 31.1.2019. Supplier(s) Appointment It is the Council’s intention to appoint 1 contractor. Tenderers must submit 1 overall percentage (either as an addition or deduction against the schedule or rates) on the pricing submission form. They must have the ability to carry out all the works as detailed in the Specification and Schedule of Rates.
