Tender description
North Hertfordshire District Council (the Council) invites Tenders to provide Tree Maintenance Services (the Works). The Service provision will be by way of a Framework Contract arrangement over a four year period. The Council intends that a maximum of four organisations will be included in the framework arrangement.
