Tender description

The objective of this RFT was to identify a suitably resourced multi-disciplined IT service provider to provide System Maintenance, Support and Software Development (hereafter referred to as ‘the Services’) for Retrofit Information system. The Service Provider will be required to partner with the SEAI IT team and third parties to provide day to day IT operational support, technology advice, future system consultation, assist with the implementation of IT projects or procurement, incident management and IT support. The Service Provider will initially be required to familiarise themselves with SEAI's current service, system set-up, and subsequently advise and assist with continuous changes / improvements during the term of the contract.
