The works mainly consist of, but are not limited to , the reconfiguration of the existing reception counter unit together with the refurbishment of a number of existing offices, which will involve limited non structural demolitions and removal off site and construction of non structural partitions and provision of new joinery together with new finishes throughout and the associated re-decorating.
