Cleaning of glazed areas, windows, frames, skylights, sills, signage and gutters

Tender description

Nottinghamshire County Council (the “Council”) wishes to procure two contracts for cleaning services covering the cleaning of windows, frames, skylights, sills, signage and gutters (the “Services”). One contract is for the Council and its customers. The other contract is for the Libraries Mutual called Culture Learning & Libraries (Midlands) (“CLL”). The two contracts will be awarded to a single contractor. The initial term of the contracts is two years with the option to extend for a further two years in increments of up to one year. The anticipated contract start date is Monday 9th January 2017. The annual value of the contracts is estimated to be between £100,000 and £250,000 in total across the two contracts.
