The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to prepare an infrastructure delivery plan for Broxbourne Borough Council. The Council needs to prepare an Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP) to support its Local Plan through Examination in Public and provide a basis for long-term infrastructure planning for the Borough.
