Tender description

Bield Housing and Care is seeking to award a contract for The Installation of uPVC Windows and uPVC External Doors. Our intention is to award this contract for a period of 3 years from August 2016 to March 2019, with the option to extend by up to a further 24 months in total. The decision on whether to use the extension option available will be at our discretion and will be based on a number of factors including performance, budget availability and market conditions at the time. It is envisaged that the appointed installation contractor will work in tandem with the selected supplier. The total value of this contract over the entire period including any extension options will be approximately 3 000 000 GBP. These are estimated figures and are not a guaranteed expenditure.
