Tender description
Two housing associations, First Wessex and Sentinel Housing Association, are planning on joining together to create a new Hampshire-based housing association. We will create a new organisation with 30,000 homes and a strong commitment to addressing housing need in the region. This will require a new name and identity and our aim is to create this during 2016 so we can then have time to prepare for the launch of the new business ahead of the merger happening.
