Tender description

Translink, comprising of Northern Ireland Railways, Metro and Ulsterbus requires a single competent contractor to offer a delivery / collection service of Building including Timber supplies within hours of Translink having placed the order, to the Property Maintenance Department, located at 3 Milewater Road, Belfast, BT3 9BG. The department is responsible for all internal and external fixture and fittings and carry out various planned maintenance works such as refurbishments and decoration. In order to carry out part of this work the department employ a small in-house team of tradesmen that include painters, plumbers and electricians. These trades require various materials to carry out the a-fore mentioned works and therefore require suitable suppliers of electrical, plumbing and paint materials. In this instance the requirement is for Building requirements including Timber supplies.
