Tender description

2.3 The purpose of this Competition is to conclude frameworks (the “Frameworks) for each geographical region for the execution of construction of works within the Prisons Estate as more particularly described hereunder at Part 5 of this Establishment Document (the “Works”). The 5 highest ranking Tenderers shall each be awarded a place on the Framework for the Lot applied for and invited to tender for works between 6 000 EUR and 500 000 EUR (ex VAT) in value. Tenderers can compete for a maximum of 2 Lots. Information set out in the Volume A, ITT and SAQ documents.
