The User Researcher / Supplier will be responsible for all expenses incurred Work Location 100 Parliament Street, London SW1A 2BQ Security Clearance Minimum Baseline Personnel Security Standard Additional T&Cs Skills & Experience In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles and tools Excellent written and verbal communication Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Experience working directly with Design, Software, Content and Product team members Experience in IT, knowledge of Google Services framework. Have a mix of hands on experience and/or degree in the relevant field. I.e. Degrees in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, design research or similar. Full understanding and demonstrable experience in User Centred Design (UCD) product development. Full understanding and demonstrable experience of research methodologies. Qualitative: RITE, usability testing, and contextual enquiry. Quantitative: usability metrics Full understanding and demonstrable experience in indirect data collection techniques such as web traffic analytics. Experience in delivering insights in a scrum team of cross-disciplinary team members using Lean UX techniques. Ability to work with users and stakeholders at all levels. Experience in mentoring and coaching those new to user research/user experience.
