Tender description

ESB wishes to place a Contract for the supply and ongoing operational support of an EV Enablement, Aggregation and Settlement System (EVEAS) and a Charge Point Management System (CPMS). These systems to be provided on a vendor hosted managed services basis. Interested parties may bid for the EVEAS (Lot 1), the CPMS (Lot 2) or both. If bidding for both, parties should indicate whether the managed service comprises a single system or 2 systems with interfaces between them. Both systems should be able to correctly process and respond to messages conforming to the Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP), or recognised equivalent open standard.
