Tender description

South Hams District Council (SHDC) have identified the need for a number of additional commercial units, for small businesses, across both the South Hams and West Devon regions. SHDC has recently merged with West Devon Borough Council (WDBC) to provide combined services and the councils would now like to utilise a number of sites, within their ownership, to meet these demands. This is to be achieved by initially constructing three sets of commercial units (Phase 1), varying in size from 5-7 units at each location, with the potential for two additional sets of commercial units to follow (Phase 2) subject to finance and planning. APPLICANTS MUST REGISTER AN INTEREST ON THE AUTHORITY'S ELECTRONIC TENDERING SYSTEM TO ACCESS THE PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTS TO COMPLETE AND SUBMIT.
