Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council in conjunction with Shakespeare North Trust are seeking lump sum tenders (presented as a detailed resource plan for the project and identifying hourly rates) for the provision of professional design services for the creation of Shakespeare North, a new historic theatre and educational facility to be created in Prescot, Knowsley. This opportunity is advertised via Due North ‘The Chest’; which is a North West portal for tender/business opportunities. Following this you will need to follow the below steps to access the documentation: • Log back into the Chest, if you are logged out. • On the home page, in the blue bar towards the top of the page, select My Activities. • Select Knowsley from the list of Buyers on the left side of the screen and then click on update in the green box. • The opportunity should be listed and you will need to select the title of the contract that should be blue and underlined. • In the bottom box on the next screen, you should see the opportunity title, click on Start in the right side of this box. This will open the opportunity and you should see the attachments listed. Please note that your bid should be submitted to us via the chest, this is started in the last screen listed above by selecting ‘start my response’ in the green box on the listed above on the right hand side of the screen.
