Tender description

Flintshire County Council is currently considering different delivery options and future integrated operating models for achieving an efficient sourcing approach and simplified procurement method to include community transport, education transport, social services transport and public transport. As part of this process, the Council will be seeking informal views and opinions from interested parties through a pre-market dialogue exercise in order to generate ideas for innovation as part of the development initiative. The Council is keen to gauge interest and provide an opportunity for contractors and suppliers to feedback on the proposed process prior to commencing on a formal procurement process. Subsequently, a pre-market dialogue event will be held with interested parties to gain feedback. The Council will then use the feedback provided to scope out the future procurement and delivery of transport services.
