Tender description
Lambeth Council is looking to appoint consultants to carry out a number of tasks to support its work with Registered Providers who have been the recipients of housing stock through the stock transfer programme. The work will involve checking that Business Plans remain viable; ensuring that business plan assumptions do not unduly disadvantage the Council; financial planning is consistent with delivering Transfer Promises, among other things to support the Council in its work. A flexible approach will be needed as the work will be varied but also will not conform to a standard pattern of time.
