Our Reference: 875FXPlus Requirements Overview Rationale Falmouth FXPlus are seeking one supplier for the Heating, Plumbing and Electrical Services for it’s Penryn Campus in Cornwall – TR10 9FE. It is extremely important to FXPlus due to the nature of this requirement that Tenderers are suitably qualified and experienced. Heating and Plumbing and Electrical • Gas safe , domestic and commercial, NICEIC or equivalent, domestic and commercial. • General plumbing capabilities. • Emergency 24 hr call out. • Un-vented system qualification. Note: This is expected to have a design element over the contract duration.
