The scope of this assignment may be defined as: 1. Supply, installation and configuration of a Management Information System, replacing the functionality of the 3 existing systems outlined above. 2. The proposed solution must be hosted on the IT Assist network infrastructure and housed in the IT Assist data-centre. The proposed solution must be rolled out in 2 phases. 3. Provision of a service desk facility for day-to-day support. 4. Data migration from VSS existing systems to the proposed solution. 5. Provision of on-site training and documentation for staff in the use and administration of the proposed solution. 6. Provision of a virtualised test/training environment.
