Home Group is currently reviewing its full resourcing and recruitment process and activity following the introduction of e-recruitment via Taleo. The overall intention is to streamline and simplify processes and to increase external presence, including social media, to further aid attraction and retention. External support, specialised in marketing related to employer brand, is being sought to support the development of Home Groups ‘Employer of Choice’ concepts. This work will allow Home to Group to effectively communicate and engage with potential and existing employees about our employer value proposition in an innovative, digital first manner. Home Group recruited into 1200 posts in 2015/16 (both internally and externally) and recruitment continues to grow through 2016/17. In order to attract the best people for our roles we are taking steps to proactively show Home Group as an employer of choice in the external jobs market. It is important that Home Group stands out in the market and that potential colleagues can understand Home Group’s story, strategy and culture. Through this we must attract only brilliant people who are loyal with high potential talent, whereby we ensure an excellent candidate journey. Keywords: Employer of Choice
