Tender description

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (RMBC) are inviting bids from a number of organisations who might be able to provide services that meet RMBC's current needs for a review of Corporate Services. The anticipated spend is in the region of £100,000 however this does not carry any guarantee of turnover. The opportunity will feature the option of three lots as detailed below: Lot 1 - Corporate Services/Business Support/Traded Services Cross cutting resource and process reviews required The anticipated spend for this lot is in the region of £50-£75,000. Lot 2 - Revenues and Benefits/Finance Specific service reviews required The anticipated spend for this lot is in the region of £25,000 Lot 3 - All Incorporates all of the areas within lots 1 and 2 (Corporate Services, Business Support, Traded Services, Revenues and Benefits, Finance). The anticipated spend in total is in the region of £100,000. The majority of the reviews covering lots 1 and 2 are expected to be completed within a three month/12 week period. The review covering Traded Services within Lot 1 however is expected to be completed within one month, when it is envisaged that all the key deliverables will be completed and agreed. The intention is to award to one organisation overall (lot 3) but the Council may decide to award in individual lots as per the above (lots 1 and 2).
