WSCC - SC - Dynamic Purchasing System for Learning and Development

Tender description

This is not a call for competition but an invitation to take part in soft market testing following the publication of a Prior Information Notice to the Official Journal of the European Union. West Sussex County Council are currently considering the options available to them with regards to the provision of learning and development services across the organisation from April 2017. One of the options being considered is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System. However the Council would like to consult with existing and new providers to explore the most advantageous route and discuss our strategic plans for the services we will purchase from 2017. The Council is holding two workshops in September 2016- one in Horsham and one in Chichester. Interested organisations who wish to engage with this market test exercise and/or attend the workshops on the 20th and 27th September should register and express an interest in this project.
