Tender description
The Authority intends to enter into a lotted multi-supplier framework for the provision of a number of Consultancy Services to meet their support requirements on a potential variety of new build, refurbishment and demolition projects of varying values and procurement routes over a three year period (extendable to four years) throughout Midlothian. The resulting framework will operate 7 Lots as follows; — Lot 1 Project Management Services. — Lot 2 Architectural Services. — Lot 3 Quantity Surveying Services. — Lot 4 Structural & Civil Engineering Services. — Lot 5 Building Services Engineering Services. — Lot 6 Principal Designer (CDMC) Services. — Lot 7 Clerk of Works Services. It is envisaged that maximum of 4 participants will be appointed per lot on a ranked basis. The framework is intended to have minimum and maximum order values, over which, quotes will be sought from the suppliers on a mini-competition basis within the relevant Lot in order to select which supplier will execute the works. The Council may exercise the option of direct award or mini competition.
