Tender description
To undertake accurate and timely inspections and valuations of council dwellings, in line with the ‘RICS Code of Practice: Right to Buy — valuations for right to buy, right to acquire and equity sharing of social housing (revised 2009)’. The successful Supplier will be required to undertake a full valuation, inspecting a property both internally and externally, providing and preparing full plans of the residential property in order to recommend the current market value.
