Tender description

This tender is for the provision of development and support to the Co-operative Councils Innovation Network (CCIN). The contract period will be from 13.6.2016 — 30.6.2018 (with the option of a year extension). Oldham Council is undertaking the development of a Consultancy Framework on behalf of the Network and will undertake contract oversight on this basis. We are looking for organisations who are able to: — inspire and design innovative co-operative policy over a number of policy areas and themes, with a focus on delivering differently and redesign of public services in line with co-operative values and principles — demonstrate the ability to build capacity and leave a legacy that continues to deliver outcomes even after the funding and supporting resources have moved out — bring credibility and profile to the work of the CCIN reaching across a wide range of sectors and agencies.
