Repair and maintenance services of building installations

Tender description

The successful Service Provider will be required to provide responsive repairs and works to void properties across the 1,083 homes owned and managed by Nehemiah-UCHA across the West Midlands. Service Providers will also be required to tender for Planned Maintenance Works which will be awarded at the discretion of Nehemiah. Nehemiah manages and maintains 1,083 properties and will require the successful Service Provider to handle all calls from residents in respect of service and maintenance and to operate an efficient and effective appointments service for all repairs and maintenance. The Service Provider will deal with the assessment and undertaking of all works required to voids properties, including liaison with the appointed Gas Service provider in terms of disconnections and reconnections. Nehemiah at their discretion may include some or all of the works covered by their annual planned maintenance programme. The approximate budgets for these services and works are (net of VAT): Responsive Repairs — 314 000 GBP p.a. Works to Voids — 104 000 GBP p.a. Planned Maintenance Works — 365 000 GBP p.a. The Total expenditure is in the region of 750 000 GBP p.a. and over a ten year term would amount to 7 500 000 GBP
