Provision of Information and Communication Technology Support Services for the SFPA

Tender description

This Request for Tender (RFT) issued by the Sea Fisheries Protection Authority invites suitably qualified suppliers to provide Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Support Services (hereinafter referred to as “the services”). Service provision will be based at the Authority’s Head Office in Clonakilty, Co Cork and must be available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm. ICT Support Services are required for all SFPA locations (see Section 1.1 above) and as such some travel between locations for on-site work will be required from time to time. In addition, some services may be required remotely on demand as the Authority requires. The service requirements are detailed in full in Appendix 1. These services are categorised as: - Stage 1 Services: these are base level services that will be required for the full duration of the Contract. - Stage 2 Services: these are conditional services that may be required from time to time or not at all for the duration of the contract. These services are to be categorised differently in the pricing schedule. Further details of this can be found in section 2.1 below. The Senior Manager with responsibility for ICT will be the point of contact for this contract.
