Tender description

The Council is planning to competitively tender existing Housing Related Support Domestic Abuse services during 2017 to support implementation of new contracts(s) across the County from 1.10.2017. Hertfordshire County Council wishes to use this Pre Procurement Market Engagement (PPME) to enter into a dialogue with providers to understand and shape the future of Housing Related Support Domestic Abuse services. The PPME document outlines the Councils current position and proposals for the future. The Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors to complete a provider questionnaire which will help shape and inform their decisions moving forward. The pre-procurement market engagement will comprise: —Submission of the Provider Questionnaire (please see Appendix A — separate MS Word document). Provider Questionnaires must be received by 12 noon, 13.9.2016. To participate in this pre-procurement market engagement, organisations must submit their completed Provider Questionnaire, together with any supporting documents, through the In-Tend system by the return deadline of 12 noon on 13.9.2016.
