E University invites bids from suppliers who are able to implement an e-procurement solution that will interface with a new finance system. The new e-procurement system will be key to enabling the University to deliver improved, standardised and best practice business processes across the Procurement Service. The system needs to be scalable to meet future requirements or enhancements of the Procurement Service, and needs to be compliant with statutory requirements including HE compliance. The system also needs to support mobile and remote working with access on mobile devices. We are looking to explore a fully hosted and managed solution as well as an on-premise solution. We will be considering contract options for both as part of the Tender process.
