Tender description

West Sussex County Council are currently considering the options available to them with regards to the provision of learning and development services across the organisation from April 2017. The Council currently has a framework covering various Lots which expires shortly. The Council buys a range of different L&D to support a range of services including (but not limited to); Adult Social Care, Safeguarding, Early Childhood Services, Children's Social Care, Corporate Management and Personal Development, Mental Health Services, IT, Health & Safety and Equalities and Diversity. The budget for these services during 2016/17 was approx. 1 000 000 GBP. One of the options being considered is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System. However the Council would like to consult with existing and new providers to explore the most advantageous route and discuss our strategic plans for the services we will purchase from 2017.
