Tender description
Fáilte Ireland acknowledges the implications of the need to constantly up-skill its personnel and is committed to the concept of continuous professional development. The design and delivery of these training programme(s) is to develop and enhance the capacity and effectiveness of staff that may be new to or experienced in the challenges and opportunities in a management environment. The aim is principally to develop and enable the capacity of staff to manage teams in a rapidly changing organisation. The appointed training provider (s) will be expected to develop and deliver the training as required.
