Chichester District Council - Grass Cutting Services Contract 2017-2019

Tender description

Chichester District Council is inviting organisations to tender for grass cutting services on Council owned and maintained sites in the District of Chichester. Tenderers are advised to read all the tender documents thoroughly to ensure that all of the Employer’s requirements are addressed. The tenderer must obtain for himself all the information necessary for making a tender submission and entering into a Contract by considering all the tender documents with regard to the nature of the services required. The Contract period will be for an initial 2 years with an option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years. Extensions will only be given to those companies which continually meet or exceed the levels of service as set out in the specification as well as continuing to offer “value for money”. Chichester District Council will choose the most economically beneficial tender/s based on responses given to the tender questionnaire and pricing schedule.
