Catering Services - No1 Angel Square, Northampton

Northamptonshire County Council (NCC) is seeking a Supplier to deliver Catering Services within its new Headquarters Building in Central Northampton known as No 1 Angel Square. The scope of service will include the following: • A Cafe which serves NCC employees (approx. 2,100), which will also be open to the public. • The provision of hospitality services at the Angel Square facility. • The provision of vending services at the Angel Square facility. • The provision of the above at such other Premises as NCC may from time to time require (provided that such Premises are in the Northamptonshire area). The services are to be procured on a Nil Subsidy (Nil Cost Catering) basis, with the Supplier taking responsibility for all risks including profit/loss, stock and cash control. The Supplier is to ensure all health, safety and food hygiene legislation compliance is adhered to. It is expected that the Supplier will include in their tender added value opportunities for NCC including employee incentives and initiatives to support the delivery of a best in class Office that has health and wellbeing, safety and sustainability as driving principles. This Contract is for 3 years, with an option to extend for 1 year, making 4 years in total.
