Tender description

The Council requires a Financial Management Information System which shall include full functionality to deal effectively and efficiently with all aspects of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Internal Trading, Bank Reconciliation, Project Costing, Asset Register, General Ledger, production of Annual Accounts and Budget Holder Reporting (including commitment accounting and data interrogation). A fully integrated e-procurement and contract management module that integrates with the supplier (creditor) database and accounts payable functions is also required. A Project Management, Stores/Material Management, Asset Management, Purchase Cards, and staff costing options would also be desirable, allowing for integration of some of the feeder systems. A Business Intelligence query tool is also required, with reports to be written by system admin and also intuitive for users to write via self-service.
